Good for you! I was happy to read that you are doing this without a diet pill. I've been tempted myself, but they just make me too nervous. Keep it up and just keep reminding yourself that those who lose slowly have a greater likelihood of keeping off the weight. You already know how to maintain, so you'll be more prepared when that time comes.
I think diet pills are just fine for people who seek them out, at some point, they need to just stop though. There are so many of them, I would not even begin to know which ones work. I have read quite a few interesting blogs about them though.
Keep it up. Water is so good in so many ways. As much as I wish there was a magic pill that would give us our dream body I know that the way we are getting there is the right way.
