Well, if yesterday had been "weigh day" I would have been an additional pound down. I HATE water wt. I have been.......well, evacuating that water all morning though so....maybe the scale will make me happier tomorrow.
I also will give the admission that the excess water wt. is entirely my own fault for eating high sodium foods yesterday. Call it a touch of self sabotage along with a bit from the spouse. The whole weekend was a tad high on the calories. I did manage to get in my exercise though.
I notice a significant difference in my eating habits when I'm with my husband on my weekends off. I need to be firm and make suggestions for better food choices. It's like he gives me permission to eat poorly or more than I normally would, and I take that "permission" and run with it. I need to stop doing that.
