So I started Sparkpeople mid week last week. Proud to say, I managed to stick with it all weekend long. That has always been where I mess up. There is so much to do, we are out and about, grab bad food or are in a rush, so what I cook isn't the healthiest. But this time, I am determined to kick that habit! Today starts the first full week of the rest of my new life...no diet, no trend, just a new healthier lifestyle. I will track what I eat and commit to log exercise for the accountability. I will join others on this journey and be an encourager of those around me. Positive in, Positive out!
