I am not calling this a re-start because I don't think that I have fallen so far off the wagon. Consistency and making this a lifestyle rather than a diet that you do for a short period of time is the hardest thing to make happen and I think I have been pretty good at that. That said, I did not lose as much weight last year as I would have liked. So this year, weightloss is going to be more a focus. Honestly, I have been avoiding the scale.

My gym started a Team Fit Challenge starting now until the end of March. There will be exercise challenges, but really the focus will be on weight loss and percentage of fat lost. My team is called Sassy by Summer and I want that to be true.

I haven't really worked out in a week (just some easy walking) because I have been battling a terrible cold. I am going to try to do a kettlebells class at noon today. I'll see how that goes. I bought some new gym shoes this weekend and am excited to try them out.
