My poor tummy, it reminds me all the time what it cannot do. My most recent addition was an egg yolk, I did good on that, but adding the white caused great distress. So the verdict is, no egg white. The best part of the egg is the yolk anyway. I have little use for it, but I may figure out how to add it to my diet. I despise boiled eggs, that dry yolk gags me. I am willing to wait though, and figure it out another time.

I had been so tired, and someone suggested I eat more. So I did, and looking back at my tracking I see that I had not been eating enough. I do feel better when I eat! It is harder than usual to find calories. All this healthy food just doesn't carry a lot. But changing my almond milk to almond plus (more protein), eating more sunflower seeds, and roasting veggies instead of steaming then, it finally is adding up. What an odd turn of events.
