I burned 4200 calories and lost a pound. I tracked my food with Spark Trackers and my exercise with fitbit. I am loving fit bit because I can track not only my running, but ballroom dancing, and just walking around running errands. It does add up. I have not been starving because I am eating enough. The hardest thing is making sure I have food at work. Not only do I need food, I need utensils, salt and pepper, splenda etc. I also have to wash the dishes and clean the microwave. Extra steps but its working. Hubbie wanted to get an ice cream at Dairy Queen and I had no interest at all. He wanted to make Chocolate Chip Muffins, but I wasn't interested and he didn't bother. The Fiber one bars taste just like the muffins anyway.
I only got one day of strength training in. I would like to aim for at least two. I was very tired, and sore this morning so I took a day off from running. On Saturday I had run 4 miles and did 3 hours of ballroom dancing, then on Sunday I did more dancing and strength training and a lot of walking running errands.
Already, I feel more toned and more in control of my life. So it was a good start.
