Weight: 120.2 pounds
Cardio activity: snow-shoveling, 10 minutes
As of yesterday morning, I was down to 119.2 pounds. What happened?
Christmas pudding, that's what. That and too many carbs yesterday, coupled with not enough exercise.
I've already had my two carbs for today - in multigrain Cheerios and a slice of dark rye bread this morning. The rest of the day is under close scrutiny as I monitor my food intake on SP and make careful choices.
