This working out thing..... OMG!! I am so sore!
I am no where near at the level that I was @ 16 years old. Hockey, basketball, cheer-leading, soccer, etc. I went to the gym everyday so that I could be a better athlete. Now, after 50 mins of a workout that I would have blinked at 20 years ago, I hurt just walking up stairs.
Don't get me wrong, I like the workout routine I have going, but tell that to my butt muscles! LOL
My husband is such a trooper. He was right along side of me, doing the routine, and complaining the next day. *smiles* We will do better at the P90X when we are both at the min fitness level that the routine requires. Until then, we are adapting some of the moves to our level. We have been doing our best to try what we can. We just can't physically do this everyday, so every other day (even days) is good for P90X, and other activities on the odd days.
It is the best I can do for now. Lose a few more pounds, and I will master this system!! Until then, we will suffer with the sore muscles and tired mind and body. I hope I can just get a little more of an energy bost and I will feel better.
