Week one training down and I am sore but already feeling stronger.
Changed up the training plan thanks to my fellow spark friends help Nancyanne55 and others.
For the next 4 months I will be doing the following...
Monday - Basketball ~OR~ Running Outside ~OR~Turbo Firer DVD + Ab Ripper X (p90x) and Stretch
Tuesday - Rest (might do a running outside)
Wednesday - Basketball ~OR~ Running Outside ~OR~Turbo Firer DVD + Ab Ripper X (p90x) and Stretch
Thursday - Chest and Back (p90x) ~OR~Chest, Shoulder & Triceps (p90x)
Friday - Kettle Bell (random vids)
Saturday - Shoulder and Arms (p90x) ~OR~ Back & Biceps (p90x)
Sunday - Rest
Diet goals are to stay within my range 1800 and under. Have 2 Fruits and 6 veggies per day.
I also found some how to train for mudder articles so after i read those i might change this plan a little again next week.
also to note my sweater smells like onion and garlic thanks to my better eating habits... I smell lol just great.
