I haven't blogged in a while, oh well.
After the business trip I had a rough patch getting back into the swing of things, but I'm now down 27 pounds total since November 10th when I started all this jazz. I consider that a win.
Now for the bad news. Things at my job have exploded and I've been working 10-12 hours days pretty consistently. It may sound like an excuse but I think it is going to prohibit me from getting to the gym for a while. By the time I get home at night there's just enough time to eat some cold dinner or something, unwind for half an hour, and then crash. I just don't have it in me right now.
On the plus side, the stress and work are probably contributing to the weight loss....so.....
The recent loss actually put me back at or below my goal line according to Spark's reporting, so that's another positive.
