1 - Go to the gym every night I work.
2- Eat at least 5 fruits and/or veggies per day.
3 - Eat breakfast everyday.
4 - Walk 7,500 steps per day.
5 - Stop obsessing over my plateau.
1 - This works towards my bigger goal of 20+ gym visits per month.
2 - Something I still struggle with.
3 - Something I'm TERRIBLE about.
4 - Go Fitbit! I realize most people shoot for 10,000 steps but so far, I am not seeing that as a realistic goal for me. I'll possibly work up to that at some point, but I don't want to set the goal so high I fail and give up.
5 - 3 weeks with no gain or loss (almost 4). It's making me NUTS and there are days it's REALLY making me question why I try. I'm trying to stop worrying about it. When it's time, the numbers will start changing once again.
