Today is our first full week of 2013. I decided to look at my past tracking and meals and decide what helped me the most. I wrote down a list of the recipes and food choices that helped me with a loss those weeks. I then, cleaned out my refrigerator and made some meal plans. I also cleaned out the freezer and found I have many varieties of food in there. I have to GET GOING and Just DO IT!! I am going to be MORE Determined and MORE Focused as I begin to start my new year program. Christmas, New Years and the birthday parties and holiday parties are all over. No excuses now. Tracking is the KEY and MOVING is extremely important too!! Will you
join me please in this new year planning? Plan meals, check recipes, watch portion control and get healthy for life. This is not a diet. This is a LIFETIME decision to become healthier, happier and honest with myself. No cheating, mark down every little bite you eat, Eileen...lol...take a snack in the car when you know you will be gone for awhile. Plan ahead, it works. Eat at home more often. If eating out, check the menu online before you go and decide ahead what you will have. Don't eat the bread they bring. Tell them, no cheese, no croutons on the salad. Drink lots of water and follow the 9 healthy guidelines from WW points plus plan. That is my plan. Do what works for you best. I am hoping to make this my year of success in all ways.
