So the other day I stepped on the scale and was down 7.9 pounds.... Well today I up 6!
What the fridge!? I didn't eat on topic 17 for the whole weekend... Maybe that it is it. So I guess today is a restart and
I have 25 minutes of fitness in, 99 calories burned, approx. Plan on doing a start it up, Si6 routine and an abs routine as well throughout the day.
My balance is so off, I couldn't stand up in the back of the rig without falling into one of my partners, embarrassing. Yesterday, I had a guy back boarded and then he started to choke on his vomit.... So we flipped him on his side, but I had to hold part of him up, lean over him and hold the puke bucket.... I was tested, and I passed! Lol I am so super sore, my back and hammy's are tight/strained. Not who I am really am, I am a strong person... I should be able to do my job without issue.
I am determined to shred these 6 pounds fast! I was one pound away from a short goal!! Then only three pounds away from a huge goal... Onederland
