And then I woke up

I was all ready to write an entry about how Xtrain Chest Back and Shoulders wasn't that bad and how it didn't have me crying like STS ..... and then I woke up. OUCH emoticon

I could barely raise my arm over my head to turn off my alarm. Now she wants me to do Cardio Legs? Well I'd better not have to use my arms for anything because they're not comin' emoticon

It's going to be an interesting week. I'm a little scared emoticon

    Don't worry, you will adapt. Be sure to eat plenty of protein (not that I need to tell you, but too severe a calorie deficit will make the pain worse.) You can ice it to help with the pain. Hugs.

    ... yes, I am sore from yesterday's workout. I only used weight 3 - 7.5lbs. I rested today. Legs tomorrow. I am turning in now.

    You have the power, so no need to be scared. The harder the workout the more stretching may be needed, and that what it sounds like here. After your workout, your body will be warm...use it to your benefit!
