I began a modified fast (loosely based on Optifast) which was the only diet which has ever been successful for me. So far I have done well.
I did a week of low carbing before beginning the fast going from 210 to 203 pounds (really 202.8--but I like to round). Fri I began fasting and have gotten in 3 great days--although I only did one exercise session on Sunday. I hope and pray that this does it for me this time!
