Say hello to my main source of accountability. This blog. Knowing that this is waiting for me everyday and calls to me everyday keeps me going. I may have given up some time ago if it wasn't for this blog. I have changed my way of using it several times. Sometimes it's just short and sweet and sometimes it's long and sad or mad or depressing or liberating or all of the above. But it keeps me coming back. It reminds me of who I am and why I am here. It helps me get through the day. It's my friend I need to share my ups and downs with. It's my friend that pokes me in the back and tells me to keep moving forward. It's the dependable one that won't let me give up no matter how down and out I get. It's the friend that celebrates me when I do good. That cheers me on and roots for me to keep moving when I'm nearing a goal. It's the hug I need or the pat on the back. It's the words of wisdom I need when I'm confused. It's the ear to listen and the hand to hold. It's my day to day tool of support and motivation and inspiration. It is, like today, my brain drain.. where I can just unplug and let it all flow out and not worry about being judged or mocked because it is mine. It is my space and time to let it all out. The ups and downs and curvy times. It's ok to be me here in my world and to know that understanding waits for me. No one knows me better than me.
I am glad to share this world with others and if nothing else, if it helps them to know that they are not alone in the ups and downs of everyday life than I am happy for it. I am thankful for this blog. I am thankful for this non-scale victory of mine. I was never able to stick to journaling or blogging before SparkPeople. I am thankful for this part of my journey. I am thankful for the journey, including all of those thousands of roller coaster days of ups and downs. Because you put them all together and you get one great story of a girl who refused to give up. Who refused to let those ups and downs knock her down. A story that will keep going no matter what struggles await her.
I thank you for joining me in my journey, in my blogs, in my story. I am thankful of my story and for you who listen to it. Thank you.
And thank you blog, for always being there. I couldn't do it with out you. :)

Resolution #4: Do SOME sort of exercise everyday. Wether a few crunches, 10 minutes or an hour of cardio or an hour of yoga. DO something to benefit your health (mind, body, and spirit) Start TODAY!!! And EVERYDAY!!!

Resolution #6: STOP CHEATING!! Gain Self Control and Willpower
Resolution #7: Continue BLOGging! (#7 & #3 go together like 2 birds of a feather) :)
