A driver ran a red light and was photographed by an automated police camera. A few days later, he got a photo of his car committing the infraction in the mail, along with a ticket for $80. Instead of paying the fine, the driver mailed the police department a photograph of four $20 bills. Several days later, he got a letter back from the police. Inside was a photograph of a pair of handcuffs.
