In the past I would do my hour exercise , then make friends with my computer chair.
In April 2011,I bought a Fitbit Ultra.Made a huge difference in my activity level.Walking,running and biking are all in addition to my 6 day a week workout. My 50 + metabolism needs all the help it can get.
Besides the workout,what extra activity can you add today?
