Day 2 done!

Just finished day 2 of my exercise plan for the week. Did 4 10 minute cardio workouts and 2 toning workouts. Total calorie burnt 585. I figured that if I burnt 500 per day' that would be 3500 for the week. Lets see how many lbs will come off emoticon and if they decide to be stubborn......... well that's life emoticon
