Day 2 done!

Just finished day 2 of my exercise plan for the week. Did 4 10 minute cardio workouts and 2 toning workouts. Total calorie burnt 585. I figured that if I burnt 500 per day' that would be 3500 for the week. Lets see how many lbs will come off
and if they decide to be stubborn......... well that's life
