Adding instead of subtracting...

Found a link on a spark members blog MTully posted: ews/2013/01/01/16216297-ma ke-your-new-years-resoluti on-stick-think-small?lite

and I feel like doing very modest moves right now so I will add a habit this week that is to have at least a cup of vegetablers/fruits with every meal... should not be that hard as I usually have vegetables to lunch and dinner so I only have to plan a little better breakfast to achive this goal.

My feet feels really good I wonder if it is the no-meat-menu I have been on for about a week. Or the fact that I wore my old shoes instead of new... haf meat for dinner yesgterday, will see if anything changes.

Another try at that link:

I have read that a food diary really helps us understand how different foods affect our bodies and minds.

If you have a green smoothie for breakfast you will reach that goal in a tasty way...

From everything I have read, increasing your servings of fruits and vegetables is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Good choice!!

I am in total agreement with you about adding vegetables to the diet! How do your feet feel after changing back from the old shoes, and after having had meat? Any difference?
