As I often do, I am starting this restart off strong, I think the only difference is my total commitment to becoming healthy again. I have been even trying to come up with ways to cut the fat and calories in recipes. I think there is always things we can do to make our favorite recipes healthier. Also there is small things that I can do to get more exercise. I have been making it a habit of parking further back in the parking lot of the store. My hope is that it will stay this way and that switch won't flip back the other way.
This year I am vowing to do what I plan to do in terms of projects in the yard instead of simply talking about them or making plans for the yard that never comes to fruition. I will go out and start on things but then, I get winded or my knees and ankles begin hurting from all the weight they have to carry around. I end up giving up on the outdoor projects. The way I see it, I have a couple months before spring-like weather starts appearing. So, I need to make good use of that time and do my best to try to get to a healthier weight.
One thing I have done this time around is to put a photograph of myself when I was the smallest I was in my adult life. That photo was taken after I dropped around 60 lbs. I did it once & I can and will do it again!!
