No, no. I'm not going to get on my soapbox about gun control. Today was Arms and Cardio....0315 I was up getting ready to go to the gym.....0345 I was eating breakfast....0430 I was in the gym ready to work on the guns. I'm poking fun at myself if you couldn't tell. I did Biceps and Triceps and managed to squeeze out a new personal best by curling a 60 lb. barbell for 6 reps. That made me feel invincible to say the least. The gym was packed by the time I went to do Cardio (I was hoping to run for 15 minutes on the treadmill). I had to get on the Stairmaster because everything else was taken. No big deal. I got done, came home and got ready for work. I love starting my day in the gym, because no matter what life/work throw at me after that, I'm golden. It takes a lot to bring me down once I've gotten my time in. If you don't work out first thing in the morning, I highly recommend trying it. Its the best way to start your day!!

    I agree. Morning workouts are the BEST.

    I looove morning workouts, makes me feel very powerful throughout the day. But I do not go to the gym that early, I actually do my morning workouts in my living room. I have to admire your dedication, keep up the good work.
