Goals for the day:
Water 8 cups
over on calories no binging but need to watch my portions and types of foods.
Hoping for another nights sleep!
34 days feels great to be past one month bring on month 2!
Training for my 5k walk/jog and half marathon walk now here are some pix my hubby took we worked out for 25 mins today!
