Goals are good

I am proud of myself for accomplishing the goal I set every day for one week. I took the weekend "off" so am ready to start another week. Every day I try to do at least one thing that will help me get to my long term goal. Whether it is exercise or nutrition or just making good choices--just one thing. No goal=no progress. Gotta have a goal.
And, even though I'm starting very small---I know I can have more challenging goals in the future. I'm just so happy to have started back on this path to a healthier me.
