What Have I Done? Part Two

It's been a week since I wrote the first blog and I stated that I was ready to start baby steps! I'm happy to report that I meant it and followed through. It was difficult for the first few days but once I got past the cravings, it got easier and easier to stick with it. I was rewarded with a nice drop on the scale! emoticon

But, I'm realistic enough to acknowledge that It's still a matter of taking it one day at a time! I'm getting back into routines that prove successful. I'm exercising every day - my goal of 20 minutes minimum has been easy to attain and I usually go beyond that! emoticon

I know that I can turn it around and right now I'm proud of myself for doing it! Just one day at a time!

    Good for you, just pick yourself up and begin again! I am doing the same although my descent began over a year ago when mom came to live with me. I used that as an excuse to eat and have not looked back since!! You go girl!!!
