I'm super excited to have found and joined BLC21!
My measurements were startling,

but I'm glad to have the reference so when I do reach my goal I can look back on how far I've come. Here they are:
Waist: 47
Hips: 48.5
Thigh: 28.5
Upper arm: 16.5
Neck: 14.5
Calf: 17
My goals for this 12 week challenge:
Get 15 minutes of exercise 5 days a week
Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night
Eat breakfast at home 4 days a week
Pack lunches the night before
Drink at least 64 ounces of water each day
Average a 5 lb/month weight loss
Use WW and SP to track eating
Will post beginning pictures tomorrow. Can't wait to find out what time I'm on and start the challenge!
