Bad weekend!

Monday, January 07, 2013

I went over my calories both on Saturday and Sunday!
No excuses I put the food in my mouth!
Tomorrow is another day and I can pat myself on the back for at least getting all my water in that is a plus!
Have to move forward! I have a walk planned in the morning after the kids leave for school!
I am going to do this for me I deserve to be healthy!
I feel myself getting bigger and bigger sicker and sicker!
I will make myself healthier and smaller!

Definitely you must do it for yourself. You are the most important being in the universe. Keep always that in mind.

I still felt guilty so I threw in a 20 minute walk tonight to burn at least a few of those calories!

You can do this! You're right, you have to do it for yourself. Getting into that mindset is one of the hardest things, but it will help you along the way. This is your year!
