Here I sit reflecting on today's goals that I set yesterday. I hit everyone of them.

Worked out....
made soup... If you can make the loaded potato soup in this months issue of Cooking Light, it is Devine. LOVE it!
I was on the edge of staying in my calorie count.

Thanks to a great friend I also got to watch football without my kid-o nagging at me about what to play next. My best friend took her along with them to Chucky Cheese. Oh my the free time was nice. Grocery shopping was a breeze, cooking was quiet, I even got to put my feet up and watch football with my husband. Ahhhhh... Great day really!

One GREAT thing is I did drink a ton of water today. I was looking at the goals for the year and realized I wanted to cut back my soda but days at home I drink A LOT of soda so I pounded down some water. That on top of the soup equals sloshy belly but it's full and happy.

Tomorrow... Monday. GREAT to be on my routine again.
Goals =
1. Log all food
2. Make healthy choices
3. Cardio and weight training
4. Keep my cool at work.
5. De clutter table outside my bedroom.
