Today is just beginning...a few minutes past midnight...but I am planning my meals for tomorrow. I have some luscious flounder, tilapia, & shrimp so I will fry them in a bit of butter with a sprinkle of dill. I don't have much trouble remembering to drink my water & I take my mineral and vitamin supplements, too. I like spoonfuls of Smucker's peanut butter without putting it on bread or crackers. My breakfast consists, usually, of plain yogurt with a dash of cream, and then 2 soft boiled eggs. Low carbohydrates work for me, but I include a green salad with raw vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower, some sharp cheddar, and some chicken or tuna added in. My day almost always includes a fresh citrus fruit.
