Well Now...How was YOUR week :0)?

January 6th brings me to day four of my '13 health search and so far so good. I know I need to keep positive and keep those little bells and whistles of success dinging along so I decided to sign up for 1 month of Spark Coach. I like the videos and the different way of logging in. We shall see.

I have walked three out of four days and REALLY feel the way my body took 10 steps backwards these past 9 months 0_0.

I am avoiding the scale until next week Saturday. That will give me one full week of walking and watching what I eat.

I am finding that I have to be careful to not make "laws" for me to follow. Telling myself I CANNOT have a particular food does not work. I am trying to say "I CAN have this food over that food". Keeping it positive!

I did see something on Facebook that really hit home:

Do not reward yourself with food. You are not a dog!

HOW true is that??? Stopped me in my tracks!

Here's to a great week! Make 1 SMALL change in your day and they can add up to big changes down the road.

    I fall into that too often. I am tired, worked hard, deserve it....
