High Five! I am still motivated and staying on track! I didn't think this would be possible during the weekend with all the bad influences and the outings, but I have managed to do it. This really makes me feel like I really might be able to do this! The more positive I feel, the harder I work. So heres to staying positive! Today was the first day this week I took a day off from working out. I feel a little guilty even though I know you need to do it every once in a while. I have to start doing little things every day that add up calories other than working out. This is my new goal. Making every day routines add up to calories burned... Off to have a cup of tea and then off to relax in bed!
