Well, I am back again to the thousandth time. I want to lose weight like I to do every year. I have been away from my sparkpage for a little while...but I have returned and I am surprised by the my numbers since I've last checked in. My weight isn't a bad as I thought it was going to be, don't get me wrong isn't not were I would like it to be. But get back on here and holding myself accountable.
Things I want to do to help me obtain a healthy life~
* Try to blog or journal
* Keep a food journal
* Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
* Keep a positive attitude........ I CAN DO THIS!!!!!
* Move more if nothing else DANCE
Since today was my first day that I took the time to REALLY be on"sparkpeople" I am really proud of myself.
I tracked my food, water, veggie and fruit....I am slowly going to incorporate exercise even if it just the basics like sit ups, squats and some dumbbell work for my arms.
I CAN DO IT!!!!! I AM WORTH THE TIME AND EFFORT!!!!!!
