Seems like lately whenever I do a blog entry I complain about my foot (Plantar Fasciitis) and due to this condition my exercise routine has been greatly affected. I used to run and was planning on doing the C25K here on SP and was in week 6 when the pain in my foot was too great and I had to stop...now fast forward a year and a half and I almost have no pain in my foot anymore and it all started when summer ended and so did flip flop season! Amazingly real foot wear and some great insoles can make a difference
Life is looking up (exercise wise) and I am happy to say that I have more to blog about than this sore foot!
Like downhill skiing and xcounty skiing! Life is good!
