Spark Book and Daily Reflections
I bought the Spark awhile ago. I actually have a real copy and a copy on my phone. Today, I discovered the book - bonus site and it motivated me to actually read and maybe apply some of the things I am learning from it.
I decided to try to recruit a few people to read the Spark Book with me in-person. I am really hoping this will work out. A few members from the Utah Spark Team and a few friends I know that want to get going on Spark-People. Have any of you read the book or met up with fellow Spark-Buddies in your community? I would love to hear your experiences with both.
Almost done with Day 4 Binge Free. SO *EXCITED* about this. I am so HOPEFUL that this is the LAST time I have to start again. But, I am also a realist a know it might happen again, and I am prepared to ask for forgiveness and get back on my feet ASAP. For now, definitely focused on the positive. 4 DAYS Binge free and eating healthy, exercising, and feeling great.
What worked today:
Going down to the basement to journal, read, and stretch. I am okay with going to OA meetings, but I am definitely looking for other things too.
Ran 4 miles on the treadmill today and felt great.
Hoping for another solid day tomorrow. I go back to work as a teacher. First real day back since Dec. 21. I taught 3 students last week from 8:30-11:30 and that was really fun. But, tomorrow all 29 will be back all-day long. LOVE IT!!! I have the best job in the universe.
