I love to read. In fact, I probably spend too much time doing just that. At least it's a harmless addiction.

For quite a while I've considered buying myself a Kindle, but I kept putting it off because I just wasn't sure I'd really use it. I'm really not into buying a lot of electronic gadgets. I have cell phone, but all I do with it is make or receive calls. Not really into all the technology that's around.

Any way, Amazon had Kindles on sale & I had received a $20.00 credit for Amazon, so I bought myself one for Christmas. I love it, especially when I'm waiting in line somewhere. Lots of books to download for free out there, too. I did put The Spark on it & several other books that I wanted to have handy. The best part is that I've already used them. Much handier than carrying a book around. Lot less space taken up in my purse, too.

Why didn't you tell me how much I'd like it? I would have gotten it sooner.
