Okay... back to doing everything I am supposed to do!!!
Meals will be made in my kitchen. Portion control will be practiced daily. Food will be weighed and measured. Alcohol consumption will be kept to a minimum, if at all.
I have a 100 mile bike ride for Team in Training in June and I want to be so much more fit than I was last year. I have six months. I can accomplish a lot in six months. I will be healthy. I will look great and I won't stop. This is a lifestyle, not a diet.
