Just finished, Chest, Back & Shouders
I mentioned in my earlier blog that I was only going to do premix 1 - 4, however, I was able to do all 8 rounds. I don't know if I mentioned to you that in early November I fell on my way to work... tripped over something on the sidewalk... anyway, I fell with my left arm outstretched and it hurt in the shoulder area immediately. In the beginning it hurt to put my coat on, now not so much. It still hurts if I stretch my arm out to lift it. However, it's not that painful unless I try to lift a weight to do lateral raises with outstretched arms. Also rear delt raises & incline front shoulder raises hurt, so I just did those without the weight. I see my primary care physician tomorrow and I will talk to her about it and perhaps there is some exercises I can do to help this. If it was fractured it wouldn't have improved, and it has, but there is still some pain and this is 2 months after the fall.
Well, tomorrow is Day 2, Leg Blast. I will preview the workout tonight. Most likely I will do a premix. I saw one that did rounds 1 - 6. I do want to be able to
to work on Wedesday!
