Ok, so looking at this as "1 down, 51 to go" does look a little daunting. BUT...you have to start somewhere, right?
I just finished week 1 of the Jumpstart Challenge and I feel great! (sore...but great). I'm proud of the work I've accomplished and the habits I've started forming. I went to the gym 4 times this past week and look forward to increasing that to 5 this week.
I also start the Whole30 challenge tomorrow. It's a little daunting, but I know my body will thank me for it when I'm done!
