Hitting some walls

So being a mom to two little ones, being sick, and being motivationally challenged is really a bummer. I pushed myself to complete my workout today but I seriously kept finding excuses to push it back. I begin to resent the time that I have to spend doing something painful and boring (seriously dramatic here- it's only 20 minutes and I can physically handle it). I'm enjoying taking walks but I get lonely. I think I'm going to look for a walking buddy.

Anyway, countdown is on- I return to work in a few weeks. Things are going to get even more fun then!

it is never to late to start.

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 walking 15000 steps a day.

i have lost 44 pounds by giving up grain and sugar products at age 60..

i walk 15000 steps a day.

i use a salad plate as my dinner plate.

i keep mandrtan oranges in the fridge. when the sweet tooth comes on i grab one or two tablespoons of the fruit.
