THWD...Maintenance before the loss

Yup...I have decided to call my lack of loss maintenance...well unplanned maintenance.
However, in thinking about it I discovered something....for the first time since 2003 (I know some of you out there can say for soooo much longer) my weight has remained constant (between -5 and +5) and not yo-yoed between -20 and +20 pounds of the starting weight . So I have maintained my current weight for 8 months.....I like this view..my personal NSV
Update on the food.... I find I eat within my calorie range, but it's usually at the top end or I go over. Also carbs are the main attraction on my plate and fruits/veggies are limited to 1-2 servings per day or none at all. Water intake has increased yaaaaay!! and now juices are exiled to breakfast.
So plan for next week..
Increase fruit/veggie intake by including them in every meal I eat...an apple here, a grape there, lettuce to replaced bread (which I find so messy yet delicious!!) and toss a tomato around somewhere in it all and I know I can have my 5 daily servings .
Reduce carb intake....The only way I can think of reducing carbs is my my portions so I will reduce each carb i eat by 1/2 a serving.
Will see what the next update brings...and if it doesn't bring success..I will review and adjust because....
TO HELL WITH DEFEAT!!!!
