Couch to 5K Week One Day 2 / Jan 6, 2013

Did different program today and continuing with this one.
5 minutes walk, 60 sec jog 90 sec walk - 8 times, then 5 minute walk - 30 minutes.
Feeling really good about doing this for myself. Struggling with jogging.. can't wait til it gets easier.

YAY me!
