am a faithful follower of Biggest Loser altho do disagree with some of the tactics used
could do without all the screaming but guess it makes good tv and supposedly encourages the contestants
many have other problems besides weight that need to be addressed and should be before they are choosen a contestant
felt bad for Nikki and understood why she left
the white team has been stripped and think Jillian has adjusted her approach
Looking forward to seeing you post on the topics of this team

I knew there was something I wanted to watch tonight but I forgot. Missed it. Argh.
Next week then unless it repeats some time this week.
When the series first started I totally disliked this reality show. It grew on me and I've watched a few seasons. After my own experience of this past year I now get being pushed and what the body can do even if we don't believe it can so I am looking forward to watching this season with an entirely different perspective.
