Hit another 10,000+ by getting on the treadmill. I love that thing AND my new fitbit!!!
Went to lunch with friends - got about 1500 steps there just by parking super far away and walking. Split a salad with someone else rather than going for the chicken strips and garlic Parmesan fries! Going out now, too..,probably pizza and a movie with friends. I have plenty of calories, although I hate to waste them on badness like pizza!
Overall to was a good day. This fitbit is really helping me stay motivated!
