Changing my way of thinking..

Today on my coaches session he (SparkGuy) talked about how one must change the way we think about the diet .. another words its not a diet its a lifestyle..to be consistence .. to live life just making healthy choices with in our atmosphere..if you go out to eat make healthy choices ...exercise at least 30 mins..
so with all that I have heard all that I have read today I have decided to change my way of thinking that I am not in a diet that I am on a healthy plan to a better me..

    I have to keep reminding my self that this is a life style.. and when I keep telling my self this I seem to do better, we all have choices to make and that is what life is about well to me.. and I know when I choose to not go to the gym or eat this or eat that then it is not going to be good for my health.. and it effects so many other areas in my life..
but the good thing is.. we can get back on track when.. and keep going strong

    I think one of the best parts of a healthy lifestyle is asking ourselves the question "Is this something I want to do for the rest of my life?" and really making a new normal for ourselves. A diet tends to be "I'll eat like this for some number of months, then go back to normal" with that normal being the way we ate that made us gain in the first place.
