Hi, how was your day?
Mine was great.
Bought a few things to try and sell on Ebay.
If they don't sell, I'll take them back and get my
Went for 1 hour walk. Was a bit tired but did OK.
Just a tad long for all at once. I need to break it
down into 45 min or less, each session.
Home most of the afternoon and evening.
I realized that I need to watch my food closely.
I'm back to doing what I did before, check what I've eaten
before I eat anything else after dinner. That way I know
if I can have a small snack.
Today I can.
Stuck to calories and exercise was good!
