Week #1 Progress

This is the first week of my January Challenge with the following goals:
1. My Daily Mile Challenge (I met 3 out of 6 days; will work on getting 7 out of 7 for next week).
2. Do the Firm Express Scuplt DVD (I met 2 out of 3 days for this; will work on getting 3 out of 3 for next week).
3. Be a friend to myself (I met 2 days for this weekly challenge). I treated myself to a pedicure, manicure, & a facial! I love me some me!
4. Get 7-8 hours of sleep ( I met 6 out of 6 days; will continue to work at this challenge)! But, I have to give myself a WooHoo for meeting this challenge!
5. Take my vitamins daily (I met 5 out of 6 days; will work on getting 7 out of 7 days next week).
Not to shabby for my first week of the New Year! I am determined to meet my monthly goals each month! My goals are set up to be lifestyle changes! So, I have to give myself a pat on the back for not doing too bad this week!
