I've only been running about once a week while I've been doing Insanity, but now I'm ready to get back into it! I want to improve my 5K time and sign up for another race in the spring. My boyfriend and I got a treadmill (I prefer running outside, but I'm a wimp in the rain or cold, so as a New England-er an inside running machine is key!), so I'm hoping to keep pushing myself. I've been looking for a 5K improver app since I did really well with the Couch to 5K app, but I'm struggling to find one that is compatible with my Ipod touch (older version, so a lot of the newer apps don't support the operating system). When I get a job I'll be getting a smart phone, so this may not be a problem soon, but until then I'm itching for this app--any good recommendations?
