As you know I have R.A. so I have spent some time laid up. I tried to at least exercise what I could of the rest of my body. I use the time to read a lot. Catch up on paper work. Etc. 1382 days ago
My husband is in the almost the same position. Started out the new year write and got on the treadmill.....but went too fast too soon. Stress fracture. He too is on the couch. After a little "pitty party" I handed him so free wrights and turned on foot ball. He can lift them even with his foot elevated.
