I wanted to clear the holidays to start my thyroid diet, from the Thyroid Diet Revolution. I am cautiously hopeful that this may be the approach that can help me lose weight, since simply reducing calories and exercise does not. My biggest concern is that if my calories or carbs get too low, that triggers migraines, so I need to be careful with this. But, if I can be careful and moderate in my approach = I hope this program can be the path I have been seeking.
