OMG a month since a blog

Wow really what a fail , its been a month since my lost blog well for good reason actually .
I have made the choice to me fully active on spark people I may not blog every day but at least once a week or when I can .
I ended this year with a broken heart. My 2 nieces moved to the mainland, california on christmas day ! Permanent move !
My house has been super quiet and its just weird . My family and I went through a rough spot .. a really hard situation actually but we got saved and blessed .
I decided to pay it forward and make 2013 the year of change ! . Give back , live with no regrets. be greatful . Give thanks in more than one way.
Stop living life in the shadows and just live ..
Also I told my self dont let this year be like the last with my health .. put a effort in . you deserve it and you are blessed to be in the state of health that i am in .. it could be worst !
Resolutions , do you make them ? I usually do but i end up with always ... NEVER finishing or attempting them . FAIL
here are some of mine ..
1. donate 100 toys for toys for tots.. on day 4 of january i had 90 toys collected. yay me !
So i kindly ask you guys to donate a toy this year. it does not have to be expensive or big .. I found great deals this year . 100pcs puzzle for $1.00 how great is that ?!
2. No more self -insulting .. meaning
Stop talking down to my self , we already have the world against us , you dont need to hate your self . Stop the self Insults
3. Eat Healthy and clean as possible .
Ive been working on that. I traded red meat, for ground turkey , rice for butternut squash and soda for tea. Its getting better .
What I really need to work on is meal prep! I totally understand why people cook a weeks worth or 3 days worth of meals in advance. Saves time and i just need to stock up on containers and just put together a menu
4. Water . A gallon of water AT LEAST
So far so good , I have a water bottle with a filter but Ive been using a giant jug of water
5. Wash my car once a week !.
like today I will wash my car rain or shine because its so dirty .
6.Walk a mile a day
I would like to average more than that but I think 1 mile is enough to start with
7. dont stress
There are things that happen and we cant stop it but we can control the way we respond to it . I need to stop stressing
8 . LEAVE THE ISLAND , GO ON A TRIP !
I am not sure how many times i say I will go on a trip but yes this year I will !
